Meet Heather Hudkins, RNHeather Hudkins, RN, is the bariatric coordinator and has worked at Houston Northwest Medical Center for several years. Her clinical background includes working as a primary bedside nurse and preceptor in a surgical step-down unit. She has experience working with patients to ensure the very best possible health care with an emphasis on educating about nutrition, hypertension, diabetes management, pre and post operative needs. Heather is currently serving as the bariatric coordinator for Well Beginnings, the weight loss surgery program. In her spare time, she enjoys various outdoor activities, working out at the gym and participating with her children’s Little League games and dance recitals.
